By accessing the sportify website or platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and sportify. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.
These Terms apply to all individuals residing in Bangladesh or accessing sportify's services from within Bangladesh. Users must be at least 18 years of age and considered an adult under Bangladeshi law to be eligible to use the platform. Operating an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.
Sportify reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be deemed as your automatic acceptance of the revised Terms.
To create an account on sportify, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Opening an account with false information or using another person's identity is strictly prohibited, and any such account may be terminated at any time. Each user is permitted to hold only one account; operating multiple accounts is considered a violation of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential. sportify will not be held liable for any consequences arising from sharing your login details with a third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately and change your password without delay.
As part of the identity verification (KYC) process, sportify may request your national ID or other supporting documents when necessary. Withdrawal functionality may be temporarily restricted until verification is complete. Keeping your information secure is our top priority.
While using the sportify platform, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Any attempt to probe technical vulnerabilities, engage in hacking, spread malware, or carry out any form of fraudulent activity is strictly forbidden. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and legal action may be taken if warranted.
The use of automated software, bots, or scripts in any betting or gaming activity is strictly prohibited. Attempting to abuse bonuses or promotional offers through multiple accounts may result in account termination. Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward other users also constitutes a violation of these Terms.
Using the sportify platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence. If suspicious transactions are identified, sportify is obligated to report them to the relevant authorities.
All financial transactions on sportify are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). A range of local payment methods are supported for deposits, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Every deposit request goes through a security verification process, and your wallet balance is credited only after successful verification.
For withdrawals, users must use a verified payment method and receive funds into a mobile banking account or bank account registered in their own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours, though additional time may be required if further verification is needed.
Specific wagering requirements may apply when accepting bonuses and promotional offers. Attempting to withdraw before these requirements are met may result in the bonus being forfeited. sportify reserves the right to review any suspicious transactions and place them on hold if deemed necessary.
All content on the sportify platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interfaces — is protected under intellectual property law and remains the property of sportify. Copying, reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any of these materials without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Our platform may include links to or integrations with third-party services, each governed by their own terms of use and privacy policies. sportify does not control the content or quality of these third-party services and is not responsible for their operations. Any transactions or dealings you have with third parties are entirely at your own risk.
By uploading or sharing any content on the platform, users confirm that such content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party. Any legal liability arising from copyright infringement shall be borne solely by the user responsible.
Sportify reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances: violation of Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, submission of false information, use of unauthorized software, or legal compliance requirements. In the event of account closure, sportify will determine the disposition of any remaining balance following an investigation.
Sportify is not liable for any losses arising from technical errors, server outages, network issues, or third-party failures. sportify accepts no responsibility for direct or indirect financial losses resulting from use of the platform, unless such losses are directly caused by our proven negligence. All gains and losses from betting and gaming activities are the sole result of each user's personal decisions.
You may request to close your account at any time. Before closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance; however, funds subject to active bonus conditions may not be refunded.
Sportify reserves the right to modify, supplement, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will post a notice on the platform and make reasonable efforts to notify users via their registered email address. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes or claims relating to these Terms shall be resolved before a competent court in Bangladesh. Both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mutual negotiation before pursuing legal proceedings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. sportify's failure to enforce any particular term does not constitute a waiver of that term. The most recently updated version of these Terms shall be considered the operative version at all times.
